A day at Acquarello: 6 pm. Now it's almost time for the curtains to rise for the evening. We still have a moment to take a breather — and we do need it. Then, our daily meeting is on the agenda. We go through the different dishes and recommendations for the evening. Our work is fun — so, we are always considering where we can improve. Because it's our aim that our guests feel instantly welcome, enjoy their dinner and simply have a great time. You'll be astonished by how good our memory is — whether it's your favourite dish, your favourite wine or certain things you don't like — it won't remain a secret to us. Mario Gamba |
